Dominus Green has a large in-house, end-to-end manufacturing unit that includes processes like printing, coating, slitting, cutting, ultrasonic sealing, storage, quality control, and designing, all located in Rajkot.

Dominus Green is equipped with the latest machinery utilizing modern technologies, capable of producing 100 cups per minute. Our plant strictly adheres to fully hygienic and food safety regulations.

We use cellulose raw materials sourced from European suppliers, ensuring all materials comply with European and USA food regulations and are recyclable. Dominus Green proudly serves eco-friendly cups, with a significant portion of our cups being biodegradable and compostable, supporting a sustainable future.

We seal the side seams of paper cups using advanced hot air, ultrasonic, and heating technologies, ensuring secure and adhesion-free seams. While traditional low-cost glass-making machines use rollers to seal the cup bottoms, this method often results in less secure seals. To address this, we utilize “sliding stations” technology, which applies even pressure along the entire circumference of the cup’s bottom, creating an extra-tight seal.

Our quality control measures are stringent, with checks conducted every hour. If any defects are identified, the entire batch produced since the last successful test is discarded, guaranteeing that no defective products reach the customer. Each Master Shipper is stamped with the date and time of production, along with a unique serial number, ensuring complete traceability.
